I have taken an initiative of training the masons with the help of Somany Tile Master program.

I have tied up with Somany Tile Master to take this skill up gradation objective forward. Somany Tile Master is a part of the Corporate social Responsibility of Somany Ceramics. To popularize this concept I have also created a brochure which I have sent out to many developers, contractors and government bodies.

The other important & strategic purpose was to contribute to the growth of tile Industry by way of creating a pool of expert masons so that world class tiles being produced in India should be laid perfectly in finish & aesthetics ensuring satisfied customers who would use tiling in the future. Considering the practical nature of the course, 70% of the course hours is dedicated to practical hands-on training & practice using the tools. The course allows the participants to achieve & develop the professional skills necessary to perform the various task of tile laying with the desired skill, safety required. Demonstrative method is used for use of most advanced tools sourced from world over. The most advanced ergonomically designed tools are used in the school for tile laying operation.
